届かぬバレンタイン～with Whitney Huston～

冷たい雨。
これじゃあどこへも行けやしない。
せっかくの休日がふい。




ならば、
ならば、もんもんとして居たって何にもならない。
今時期、本来ならばチョコでしょう。
ですがアタシは、チョコが大の苦手。
･･･と言うよりもカカオが消化・吸収できない体質なようです。
食べると即効、トイレ行き（滅）





あ、これからは面白くない写真の羅列です。
お好きでない方はスルーなさって。
＜外側、クッキー生地から＞





レンジで1分、バター100gを溶かしておいて
今度は蓄冷剤で、下から冷やしながら混ぜる。
好みの硬さになるまで混ぜ続ける、ぐるぐる







そこへ砂糖60g投入。
しろっぽくなるまで、ひたすらぐるぐる。
泡たて器を使うのが普通だけど、どうしても
ベタベタにつくバターが許せないから、いつもの割り箸で（笑）



このまんまでもパンに塗って食べたいくらい。
すごく美味しそうって・・・そんなこと思うのはあたしだけか？






割りほぐした卵、投入。
さらにぐるぐるは続くのです。
愛する人を思ってなんて、微塵もかけらもなく
だんだん　格闘に近いちからワザの世界。




ふるいにかけた薄力粉200g、BP1/5投入。
これは５～６回に分けていれる、ダマ防止策なり。





しっとり、だけどサックリ混ぜて
ビニールに取って、急冷チルドで１時間休ませます。






＜中に入れるフィリング作り＞
クリームチーズを本当は250gなんだけど、たまたま売ってたのは200g。
ま、これでも良し（笑）
室温で戻してあるものを　またまたひたすらぐるぐる。
サワークリーム100gも入れて　またまたぐるぐる。




砂糖30g、卵黄2個分、レモン汁大匙1。
本当はレモンの皮の摩り下ろしがあればベストなんだけど
今回はなし。





別のボールに卵白をひたすら、ぐるぐると泡たて
角が立つまで、ぐるぐる。
あ、さすがにココは泡たて器、でも手で。
ハンドミキサーは使用せず。



この卵白にも砂糖を50g。






先ほどのレモン汁まで入れたフィリングへ、この卵白を投入。





泡を潰す容量で、や～っぱりぐるぐる。



冷蔵してた生地を　麺棒で伸ばし






18ｃｍの底が抜けるタイプのケーキ型に敷き詰める。
空気穴も忘れずに。




先ほどのフィリングを入れて。





ケーキを焼けるオーブンは3台あるのですが、
もうどれも寿命で、焼きムラが出来るのは、間違いありません。
焼き時間の後半を下の2号機に入れて見ましょう。
160℃、1時間。



今日焼いていたのは『チーズケーキ』
バレンタインに届けたいけど、それは適わぬ夢。
人の夫にチョコを送るなんて　と
それは嫌な思いをずっと思い続けていた　本妻の頃。
世の中から排除したいと思ってた　存在に自分がなろうとは・・・。

だから、バレンタインは届かぬ想い。

突然の訃報、Whitney　大好きでした。

DVDでも買って、何度も見たほど。
今日は朝からずっとWhitneyを聞きながらケーキを焼いていました。
あの結婚が無ければと　どうしても思えてなりません。
今もWhitneyを　聞いています。

ありがとう　今日は昨日の延長で柳川の妻の妹とともに渡のバンドが北九州でのライブのビデオを見ています。
私は昨日の写真の印刷でしたが、インクも心細いしペーパーもないので中断した。
これほど大量に画像を載せるコツがあるの、余り縮小したくないし
アメーバでは掲載枚数が知れている。が連日2回位出しています。

ア〇ーバ・ブログ、あそこダメだよ。広告が多すぎるし、
写真の枚数を増やすとレイアウトが平気で壊れてるし（笑）
で、お客さんの立場で言うと縮小してる画像を拡大＝別ウィンドウでわざわざ見てくれるまでの殊勝な人はいないと思うの。
ホームページ作ってた10数年前、あの頃はこんな便利なものはなかったから、いくらリンク貼っても、覗いてくれるお客様はいたけど、ここ7~8年はワンクリックで全てが見られる
ブログの方が明らかに主流。兄ちゃんは写真のクオリティが高いのだし、写真ブログにすべきだと思う。重たいけど、
ソネブロにしない？その方がスタイルシートのカスタマイズまで全部教えることできると思うんだ。ど～か検討してほしい。
その方が行きやすいし、nice!も押せるんで助かるのよ～♪

やはりキメの違いが許せないからでしょうか。

今、一斉に3台使うことはアンペアの関係でないのですが、
時間差で発酵釜として使ったり、待機ホイロとして使ってます。息子3人にパンを食わせていた全盛期はフル稼働でした。
ハンドミキサーは、昔は使っていたのですけどねぇ。
あれ使うと昔を思い出してしまうので、なんか封印です（笑）
いいですねぇ、濃いブラックとチーズケーキ。
その組み合わせnice!です♪

いえいえ、こういうところに手をかけるってことは
他の場面で手を抜いてるというか、苦手場面があるんです。
面倒くさがりはいっしょです～♪
だから、掃除・洗濯はもうすっごい苦手でだめです。
お菓子も料理も作りますが、片付けは全然だめです。
想いは力いっぱいこめましたが、結局は一人で
ホール食いしてます。おかげで昨日から胃腸の調子が悪いです（爆）
