鴨居玲展

以前から、気になっていました。
おかしいなCMなんてやってないのにどこで彼の絵を見たんだろ？

＜1985年　勲章＞
没後25年ー終わらない旅、鴨居玲
この暗い顔、無気力な視線、呆けた唇。
なんでこの人はこんな闇を背負ってるんだろう？
この空き缶のキャップ4個を勲章と呼ぶシニカルな表現。

＜1982年　私＞
醜怪とも言える今まで書き続けた人物を総動員した絵。中心にいるのは鴨居自身。
黒い世界なのだけど、その黒の多種多様さに釘付けになってしまいました。

<静止した刻＞
これは初期の作品、1968年。人間の表情にまだ余裕がある楽があり、喜があり、笑みがある。
この絵がきっかけで安井賞を受賞し画壇デビューとなる。
でも、とても不思議。この絵にはさほど惹かれない。
苦悩している時の絵こそ、なぜか迫ってくると感じるのは私だけでしょうか。

＜1984年　出を待つ道化師＞
驚いたのがその技法。
キャンパスをある程度の色で下塗りをするという技法は有り触れてあるのですが
せいぜいびっくりする色で、黒という手法があります。
私も油をやっていた時代、奇をてらって黒や青、ある時は砂を塗り込むという下塗りをすることはありましたが
鴨居のそれは真っ赤な下塗りなのです。
赤は、かなり上塗りの色に影響があるのでできれば避けたい色です。
ところが鴨居はその赤をずっと下塗りで使う。
だからこの黒になるんだ。これにはアングリ。

<1984年　酔って候＞
会場にも色んな書籍にも鴨居の最後の自殺については書かれていません。
が、あっさりとWikiには自宅にて排ガス自殺と書いてありました。（享年57歳）
これらの写真は画集を買ったものを写した為に作品の素晴らしさを全く反映できていません。
この『黒』は、この『赤』は本物を目にして初めて伝わる世界なのだな・・・と

鴨居玲、今年存命ならば82歳。すごい絵を描く人がいたんですね。
まいったな、今夜はアルコールを口にする気持ちになれません。
一番安価な画集を買ってきました、今、目の前に開いています。
会場には80点にも登る彼の作品が溢れていました。
あんなに素晴らしい裸婦が描けるのに、あれがうまく行っていない＝行き詰ってるという解説に
全く納得できませんでした。彼の求めているものは何だったんだろう？



今日行った場所は、リバーウォーク北九州の中にある北九州美術館分館。
面白い商業施設なのですが、彼の絵に打ちのめされてしまって
全くその後写真が撮れなくなってしまいました。
ランチも喉を通らず、焼カレーにしたのは失敗でした。（＾＾；生パスタは連れの”いっち”の分。
お互いに食べっことかもしましたが、やっぱり味がない。ダメだ、ショックが大きすぎる。
北九州美術館・本館ではモネをやっていたのですが、NYで睡蓮のシリーズは見たので
今回は日本の画家を、ということで鴨居玲展行って参りました。

うう～ダメだぁ～食欲が全くない～、アルコール飲めない～、味がしない～（＞＜；
（↑あ、心配しないでください。ショックに弱い性質なので、すぐこうなってしまいますの）（＾＾；

みやさまが打ちのめされた気分、
少しだけ解る気がしました...
この方の事はまったく知らなかったけど...なんかすごいね。
きっとみやさまは敏感な方やから、
彼が絵を通して発してるメッセージの影響なのかな....
でも、それほどの影響力を放つ作品と向き合えたって、
すごく幸せな事だと思うな～

そか、そう考えるとアタシはシアワセだったのかもしれない。
NYのメトロポリタン美術館で、あまりに絵を見すぎて吐き気がして
しまって、その後食事が取れなくなってしまって以来のショック状態だったのかも？（＾＾；今夜やっとこいつものように夜の食事＝アルコールが取れました。はい～やっとこいつもの酔っ払いmiyaが戻ってきましたよ（笑）
ほんわかした絵って、それほど感じないのだけど
重たいテーマのものは、カラダ中どこかに影響があって
しばらく立ち上がれなくなってしまう。泣きが止まらないって～のもある。
これ、自分ではコントロールできないので困ってしまうのです。（＾＾；
まわりの人がドン引きするのわかっちゃ～いるんだけど、子供の頃から
こうだから仕方ない。
しかしぃ、鴨居玲、え～男やわぁって思わない？
アタシ、ず～っと面食いで半世紀生きてきたので
この手のタイプには弱いのよ（核爆）
57歳、勿体なかったよなぁ。生きてお会いしたかった（さめざめ）
彼の絵。
良かったって一言では現せない。なんでそんなに苦悩したの？
こんなに美しい黒なのに、表現なのに、デッサン力なのに
何をあなたは目指していたの？と　どうしても問いたい。
そこにものすごい隔たりを感じてしまうのだけど、だけど
彼の絵は素晴らしいと思う。
世の中にはまだまだスゴイ人がいるのね。

アタクシもどちらかというと西洋かぶれと申しましょうか
日本人のアーティストは軽んじる傾向にあります。
が、彼の絵をいったいどこで見たのか？思い出せないのですが
この人の絵は見てみたいなぁと常々おもっていました。
名前もな～んも知らず、絵だけを知っていました＝彼の肖像画。
今まで見て知っていたものと、実際にその本物を見るのとは
明らかに迫力が違っていて、カンヴァスに残る絵の具の立体感が
まさにまだ彼の書いた筆の後を語っていて、目に焼きついて
しまいました。光の部分を現すテンションの掛け方、なんと計算された
配置と配色なんだろう。
目に光は入れてあるのですが、あえて視線がどこにあるのかを
不明してあるという19歳の頃の自画像から明らかに
凡人のそれではないという筆力のようなものを感じました。
何で死んでしまったんだろう？と　だからこそココまで注目されたのかも
知れませんが・・・・謎多い画家でもあります。
生を見る機会がありましたら、是非おすすめしたい画家です。

こんな文化的なことなんかなかなか行われないような九州なのですが
めずらしく良い絵画展にめぐり合えました。
なかなかコレ！と言った絵画展ってなかなかないのですが
（良いとものすごい盛況で、絶対行きたくなくなるので、笑）
今回のはその点でも良かった～。人が殆どいなかったんです（笑）
人間好きなのですが、人混みがすごく苦手でして。
人がいるところには近づきたくないというあまのじゃくですの。

80点の作品群はまさに圧巻でした。
機会がありましたら、生で見ることをオススメします。

じぶんも迷わず、鴨居玲さんに行きますよ。
まとまっては見る機会がなかったのですが、以前にどこかで何枚か見て、
とても惹かれたのを記憶しています。
画家さんたちには系譜みたいなのがあると思いますが、夜の闇の絵画ってあると思うのですが、鴨居玲さんのはそんな風に感じています。
ゴヤとかココシュカ、シーレ、ムンクなんかもそうなのかな?
見ていて、引き込まれそうな感じがします。目をそらしたいのだけれど、でも、どうしても見ずにはいられないような・・・、こころのある場所を揺さぶるようなそんな絵画たちですよね。
いいなぁ～、こっちでやっていたら、すぐに見に行きたいです。
miya_gonさんがショックを受けて、食欲もなくなってしまったのが良く分かります。
でも、じぶんなら、ビールだけは大丈夫だと思います(笑)
展覧会帰りの一杯は至福の一杯です　^^v

今回のショックは、大好きなみかっちが書いてくれてるように
ひさびさの絵からのショックでした。実は絵の世界、封印している
アタシにとっては、かなり避けている部分でした。いえ、何、封印している理由は、一人身になって生活に追われているからでして（笑）
絵は恐ろしく時間を食う、いえ、なんでも芸術はそうなのですが、
本当にぞっこんその世界に入ってしまうと生活が出来なくなってしまうのです。油は小学生の頃からずっと描いていた世界なので、どこかで戻りたいと
言う気持ちがず～っとあり、だけど展覧会を見るとどうしても描きたくなる。
わかっちゃ～いるので見に行かないようにしていました。
ところが鴨居さんの絵はどうしても逃したくなかった。わかっちゃ～いるけど
その『負の世界』にどっぷりと浸かりたい自分がいます。
やっとこ2日ほどして、アルコールが飲めるいつもの生活に戻りましたが
画集を横に置いてるせいでしょうか？頭の中の映像は彼の絵で一色に
なっています。あと数日したら多分『モネとジヴェルニーの画家たち』を
見に行くでしょうが、アタシはきっとこの鴨居さんの絵の方に戻っていく気が
しています。ああ、やっぱりアルコールがなくては本調子にはなれませんね。今夜は冬限定ビールを2種類ほど試飲しています。
KIRINの冬麒麟が一番ウマイかなぁ。
展覧会の後は・・・運転があるので、飲めませんね。（＾＾；
そこで飲むときっと気持ちよいのでしょうねぇ。
